NINA
Nina’s coaching approach begins with creating an environment where the client feels safe and comfortable to be authentic and present to share life and career experiences. As she and the client move through the coaching journey, she assists the client in revealing/discovering insights about their selves and others through her effective use of active listening, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and open-ended questions. Through this process she allows the client to have “ah-ha” moments and drill down to the core of who they are and how that directly impacts why they do what they do or do not do. Once this epiphany occurs the client can then begin to develop skills and create effective development action plans to assist in improving their stated personal and professional goals and solve potential underlying issues.

Tyra is an Organizational Development Specialist, Training Consultant and Executive Coach. In this capacity, she serves as a partner in guiding individuals, teams, and leaders in their efforts to manage change, build relationships and improve their organizational processes. As a coach, she provides professional-level coaching and training to executives and leaders around the world.
