The 3 Month Cohort includes:

12 Week Curriculum
Three months of virtual intensive learning curriculum. The modules include live courses, self pace, and micro learning sessions on our platform.
One-on-One Coaching sessions for each participant
The participants will can create a personal plan to support their professional development.
After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a digital and mailed program certificate.
There are three mastermind sessions for peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting.
Assessments, guides, books and resources to assist you in the program and in the workplace.
The faculty and facilitators are industry experts and leaders.
Participants receive access to our Next Level Network for 1 year for ongoing support.
