EMERGING LEADERS
DevelopME Program is designed to provide emerging leaders a catalyst for growth by equipping them with the peer network and learning experiences that will help them achieve their aspirations as well as refreshing or building new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors. The intention is to help organizations strengthen our talent pipeline that helps unlock the organization’s full potential while empowering employees to take the next step on their professional journeys. This program is with McPherson, Berry and Associates who will facilitate coursework in alignment with our organizational leadership principles.
KEY AREAS
The program will focus on the following key areas:

Providing a dedicated space for participants to receive formal leadership skills and coaching

Generate conversations that assist in accelerating one’s professional growth

Create a space the promotes networking, idea exchanges & provides accountability through peer learning and guided Mastermind sessions

Offer exposure to new information, resources, and career guidance

Enhance productivity, performance & effectiveness through skills development

Build confidence through self-awareness and reflection
The 8 Month Cohort includes:
(Cohorts can be 3 -12 Months)
8 Month Curriculum
Eight months of virtual intensive learning curriculum. The modules include live develpment zoom sessions, self paced, and micro learning sessions on our platform.
Resources
Assessments, guides, books and resources to assist you in the program and in the workplace.
Faculty
The faculty and facilitators are industry experts and leaders.
Network
Participants receive access to our Next Level Network for 1 year for ongoing support.
Mastermind
There are four mastermind sessions for peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting.
Plan
The participants will can create a personal plan to support their professional development.
Certificate
After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a digital and mailed program certificate.
The DevelopME Emerging Leaders Program includes 4 required learning sessions and 4 optional mastermind sessions. It includes interactive 2-hour virtual learning experiences to equip emerging leaders with actionable strategies to overcome the hurdles that are often faced in the workplace in every stage of professional growth. This program supports efforts to strengthen a culture of accountability and belonging. The purpose of the series is to offer emerging leaders the opportunity to grow and successfully advance their careers while networking with other individuals.
