MANAGER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Supervising others requires excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Great managers are excellent leaders, delegators, and mentors. Dealing with the many problems anew manager encounters isn't easy, but it doesn't have to lead to discouragement. This management series will equip you with the skills and resources you need to be successful rather you are managing peers or a new functional area. Position yourself to effective and make a positive impact on your new leadership journey.

The 8 Month Cohort includes:
(Cohorts can be 3 -12 Months)
8 Month Curriculum
Eight months of virtual intensive learning curriculum. The modules include live develpment zoom sessions, self paced, and micro learning sessions on our platform.
Resources
Assessments, guides, books and resources to assist you in the program and in the workplace.
Faculty
The faculty and facilitators are industry experts and leaders.
Network
Participants receive access to our Next Level Network for 1 year for ongoing support.
Coaching
There are four coaching sessions for peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting.
Plan
The participants will can create a personal plan to support their professional development.
Certificate
After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a digital and mailed program certificate.
