Next Level Program policy

Program Fees

 

Program fees are listed on the description page for each program track. The fees for all programs for individuals include instruction, assessments, materials, and one year access to the online platform.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

All fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations must be submitted in writing more than 30 business days before the program start date to receive a credit to attend a future cohort with a year of the cancellation date. Cancellations received less than 30 days are subject to the following:

  • $750 cancellation fee will be charged if submitted 15 to 30 days before the program start date. For the same person, the remaining balancing will be applied to attend a future cohort within 12 months of the cancellation date. If a transfer/substitute participant attends the future cohort, an additional $750 will be due at the time of enrollment in new cohort.

  • 100% of the program fee if submitted fewer than 15 days before the program start date.

 

If McPherson|Berry cancels a program due to low enrollment, registered participants will:

  • Receive a refund of any program fees paid OR

  • Move their registration to a future program date within 12 months of cancellation.

 

Transfer Policy

 

Requests for transfer submitted within 30 days of the program start date, will incur a $500 transfer fee.

Transfer requests are valid one time only to a McPherson|Berry program within 12 months.

Transfers requested 15 to 30 days of original program start date require full payment of program fee plus a $750 transfer fee.

 

Participants who transfer to a program, and then cancel, forfeit their full program fee.

McPherson|Berry Policy

 

Program fees must be paid in full at least 30 business days before the program start date to secure a spot in any McPherson|Berry program.

​

If participant cancels within 14 days of program, does not attend the program in its entirety, or withdraws (stops attending) during the program the fees paid will not be refunded or transferred.

Forfeiture of Fees

 

Please note that participants forfeit 100 percent of the program fees if one of the following occurs:

  • The registrant does not indicate in writing a new cohort date in another program within one year of the original start date.

  • The registrant has not requested a transfer in writing at least 30 business days of the original start date.

  • The registrant fails to attend or if a withdrawal occurs on or after a program start date.

 

McPherson|Berry reserves the right to change without notice any statements contained herein, concerning, but not limited to, policies, program fees, curricula and courses.
