The Next Level Leadership Development Program is designed to provide executive development business and organizations. This 12-month cohort leadership program is for individuals who want to have impactful roles that drive business success.
A tailored solution designed specifically for high-achieving professionals who desire to cultivate their leadership skills.
The Next Level Leadership Development Program supports middle managers and leaders needing to develop as an executive or improve their C-Level brand. It will help participants learn to achieve results and drive change in their organizations.
The 12 Month Cohort includes:

12 Month Curriculum
Twelve months of virtual intensive learning curriculum. The modules include live zoom sessions, self paced, and micro learning sessions on our platform.
Coaching
Four one-on-one coaching sessions for each participant
Assessments
DiSC Assessment and the comprehensive LPI: Leadership Practices Inventory 360
Team Project
To foster innovation, problem-solving and teamwork and mentoring sessions to guide the team projects
Certificate
After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a digital and mailed program certificate.
Mastermind
There are four mastermind sessions for peer brainstorming, accountability and support in a group setting.
Resources
Micro-video lessons, guides, books and resources to assist you in the program and in the workplace.
Plan
The participants will can create a personal plan to support their professional development.
Faculty
The faculty and facilitators are industry experts and leaders.
Network
