The DevelopME Program is designed to provide emerging leaders a catalyst for growth by equipping them with the peer network and learning experiences that will help them achieve their aspirations as well as refreshing or building new capabilities, mindsets, and behaviors. The intention is to help NeighborWorks America strengthen our talent pipeline that helps unlock the organization’s full potential while empowering employees to take the next step on their professional journeys. This program is in partnership with McPherson, Berry and Associates who will facilitate coursework in alignment with our organizational leadership principles.
The program will focus on the following key areas:

Providing a dedicated space for participants to receive formal leadership skills and coaching

Generate conversations that assist in accelerating one’s professional growth

Create a space the promotes networking, idea exchanges & provides accountability through peer learning and guided Mastermind sessions

Offer exposure to new information, resources, and career guidance

Enhance productivity, performance & effectiveness through skills development

Build confidence through self-awareness and reflection
The DevelopME Emerging Leaders Program includes 4 required learning sessions and 4 optional mastermind sessions. It includes interactive 2-hour virtual learning experiences to equip emerging leaders with actionable strategies to overcome the hurdles that are often faced in the workplace in every stage of professional growth. This program contributes to Goal 4 of the Strategic Plan and supports our effort to strengthen a culture of accountability and belonging. The purpose of the series is to offer emerging leaders the opportunity to grow and successfully advance their careers while networking with other individuals in the organization and our leaders.

The Leadership Learning Labs are intended to immerse learners in a deeply personal, feedback-intense learning environment to help participants gain a clear perspective or recenter focus on who they are and want to be as a leader.
